1 lb hamburger meat
spaghetti
Make easy spaghetti sauce and freeze in ziplock bag.
Cooking day: Heat spaghetti sauce and serve over hot spaghetti noodles. Sprinkle cheese on top.

If you are a busy mom who lives in the car shuttling your children to baseball, soccer, piano, football, volleyball, track, church activities, and school, then we have a lot in common. We know how crazy the day can be especially when 3:00 rolls around. We know how fun life can be and also how helpful it is to know what is for dinner. We hope you enjoy these simple freezer meals that you can make ahead and use throughout the month. We like to make about 30 meals at a time and then keep them in the freezer for use during the week. Hopefully you can simplify your life just a little bit by merely thinking ahead. It is really nice to come home after 3 hours in the car and have dinner ready.

Helpful Hints
Cook chicken and hamburger meat the day before you assemble all your meals.
Noodles do not need to be pre-cooked.
Spaghetti/Fetticini-- cook just until bendable
Use same fillings/sauces ex. (lasagna, manicotti, stuffed shells)
(hawaiian haystacks, poppyseed chicken, chicken enchiladas)
Lay ziplock bags flat in freezer
Label side and top of pans with a sharpie
Put two sheets of foil over each dish to make sure it is sealed tight.
Pretty much any meal can be frozen
